This is a place we discovered when out walking on our first day in Rome after making a decision to “pick up a slice of pizza” when we were out. We walked past initially but a gentleman got our attention shouting “Best pizza in Roma!” for which we felt accurate on our trip (we went back again before leaving a few days later). We were offered a sample which spoke for itself and so we decide to purchase. He gestures at the free table for us to sit (yes it’s a crowded area and full of people but it’s also a part of the charm!) my partner was told to grab drinks out the fridge if we wanted and we were to pay at the end. Not understanding the menu we were working out if we had enough cash to pay (unsure if they had a card machine) but it was around €17 for pizza for 2 of us, a beer and a bottle of coke. The pizza was so fresh with a crispy base and delicious. Honestly worth a visit!"
